I hate this disease! It knows no bounds and does not discriminate against its victims. A family I know is facing the most horrible diagnosis with their three year old little girl - a diagnosis of Acute myelogenous leukemia or AML.
As a mother I cannot imagine what they must be feeling. I cannot image the horror of hearing the phrase 50-50% chance of survival! Just keep this little angel close at heart and prayer as she endures the grueling treatments over the next weeks.
We MUST put a stop to all cancers!
